How do I know if my child has bad gut health and needs a probiotic?

There are a few ways to tell if your child has a bacteria imbalance in their gut.. Option one is to do a stool test to see the makeup of your child's microbiome. Since I haven't used one, I don't feel comfortable making a recommendation. That said, if you google "microbiome testing" you can choose from a bunch.. Option two is to see if your child has some of the following outward symptoms:. Digestive issues like bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation. Sugar cravings. Bad breath. Food allergies or sensitivities. Moodiness, Anxiety, Depression. Skin problems like eczema. Autoimmune disease or compromised immunity.. The reality is that in our current society with an abundance of environmental toxins, pesticides, chemicals, over-prescription of antibiotics, polluted drinking water, and the prevalence of SAD (Standard American Diet), it's extremely hard for anyone to escape unscathed.
